Our Services

Our students will work with highly skilled professionals, known as Einstein Specialists, who will serve as role models and mentor each young adult along their educational journeys. These experts create customized lesson plans that address the specific needs and interests of each student—and bring to life the subject matter they are already studying through hands-on exercises, videos, games, discussions and other interactive approaches.

Individualized learning

A positive learning environment is created between the Einstein Specialist and the student. Each student will have an individualized program tailored to their needs. Our Specialists will foster a caring, enthusiastic and targeted approach to each child’s educational goals.

Teaching

Our highly skilled specialist spends ample time getting to know each student’s unique, individual learning styles. Our team is able to enrich, support and assess each child’s academic needs and serve as a resource in all academic areas.

Mentoring

Our program works to guide Einstein learners to greater success. Each mentor serves as a role model, adviser and counselor for each young Einstein participant. The goal of the Einstein mentoring program is to share knowledge, skills and life experiences to guide students towards reaching their full potential.

Our goal is to create engaging experiences that support the student’s existing academic needs as well as provide advice, mentoring and coaching oriented to their specific social-emotional needs. In addition to general life skills we also focus on career readiness through executive functioning, critical thinking, goal setting and communication.
